Session Prices (And Terms & Conditions)


Many behaviourists charge a larger fee but I want to encourage you to work with me over a period of time. Behaviours can be complex and sometimes need careful unpicking. I want to build up your skill set and give both you and your pet time to practise the tools I give you and build confidence together. With this in mind I offer not only one off sessions but discounted packages.

Behavioural work and Tellington TTouch Training sessions:
 
First session £125.00 (No weekend appointments or sessions starting after 5pm) + Travel.
Session lasts up to two hours. Price includes typed action plan from the session and back-up via email or phone.

Follow up sessions £55 + Travel. Session lasts around one hour.
Follow up video chat sessions are occasionally appropriate in some cases. Ask Toni for details.

Special discounted packages for behavioural and TTouch sessions. Book more than one session and get a discount.

Two sessions = £176.00
Three sessions = £230.00
Four sessions = £284.00 

If you choose to have further sessions these are £55.00 per session, (or a discount if you pay for a further package of 2, 3 or 4 follow up sessions)

*Packages must be paid for upfront and should be taken within 12 weeks of booking. Travel costs are 45p per mile and not included in the session price but should also be paid for upfront. Packages are only refundable if Toni cannot complete all the sessions. If you, the client choose to not finish the course only the travel costs are refundable.

* A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment and is payable within 48 hours of agreeing an initial session date. This will be deducted off your session or package. If you choose not to go ahead with the session you have booked, you will lose your deposit. If not paid within 48 hours you forfeit your appointment space.
*Payment for individual sessions and packages for due on the day of the first session. For bank transfers, clients must pay (or send proof of payment) within 24 hours else a 5% charge (£4.25) will be added daily until payment is made.

Travel 45p per mile

Travel Time if home visit is over 30 miles from OX39 postcode £25.00

N.B
While I can see two dogs in the same household at one time, this counts as two sessions, as I need to spend sufficient time with each dog to assess and work with him/her fully. I do however offer a 10% discount if you wish for me to work with both dogs in the same visit. 

First visit for two dogs in the same house £225.00 + travel. The session may last between three to four hours.
Follow up sessions to see both dogs £99.00 + travel. This session will last up to two hours.

Reactive to Responsive classes
£27.00 (only available to clients who have completed a course of 1-2-1 sessions.
 
Functional Canine Enrichment and Real Dog Yoga sessions

£45.00 per session (45 mins) plus travel expenses at 45p per mile.  Also discounted packages of 5% available for block bookings. The same T & Cs apply regarding payment as for behavioural packages, see info above, and cancelation policy, see below:

For two sessions = £85.50 plus travel
For three sessions = £128.25 plus travel
For four sessions = £171.00 plus travel

Small Real Dog Yoga Group sessions - please enquire.

Half or one day workshops also available for Real Dog Yoga or one, two or three day workshops for Tellington TTouch. Contact Toni for details.
 
On-line consults for some behaviour issues like separation anxiety, noise phobia and other issues that occur within the home environment, Zoom appointments may be appropriate. Initial sessions are £120.00 and follow ups £50.00.

For separation anxiety long term support is offered in the form of regular review and target emails and regular zoom or telephone review sessions after the initial face to face consultation. This package costs £250.00, this includes one face to face consultation and four phone consults and remote support via email. After this £35 per consultation.

Travel costs apply for the face to face session.

Terms & conditions of cancellation:

• One week or more prior to appointment and re-booking made – No cancelation fee
• Three days before the appointment – 50% of the appointment fee
• Two days or less before appointment – 100% of appointment fee
• These terms do not apply to pre-paid package clients after the initial session when payment has been made
